Is it free to ask for a quote?

Our quotes are completely free and without obligation on your part. You can request a quote by filling out the form in the QUOTE REQUEST tab.

Do you travel to make a quote?

Yes, our company’s sales department comes on site to get to know your needs as well as possible, to diagnose your premises and to identify the different elements in order to adapt our equipment and products. After a first visit to the premises, we will send you a personalized cleaning proposal, including a complete cleaning schedule/specifications and a fixed and monthly price.

What are your intervention areas?

Our priority for our customers is responsiveness and proximity. As a result, our scope of intervention for regular cleaning is mainly located in Brussels, Antwerp, Walloon Brabant & Flemish Brabant. However, for requests of a certain importance (large companies, schools, hotels with 50 to 60 rooms,…) we study your request in order to involve our teams located in Flanders or Wallonia.

Do you have a minimum order?

We specialize in cleaning small, medium and large premises, with a surface area ranging from 600 to 5000 m², or even more. We offer this service on any frequency level, from 3 up to 7 days a week

We decline any cleaning contract below 2 hours per day or punctual service below:

  • Minimum 750 € of monthly invoicing / service

Should we provide cleaning products and machines?

No, our services include: the management of orders, stocks and supplies of cleaning products as well as equipment, electrical machinery and their maintenance. Every month a sufficient quantity of cleaning products is provided by us. We provide an ALL-INCLUSIVE service.

Should we provide hygienic consumables?

In order to prevent you from running out of consumables and to ensure the well-being of your employees and visitors, our cleaning staff alerts us when toilet supplies are short and we then order for you at the prices agreed in advance. You can also provide us with the following consumables:

  • Soaps, hydro-alcoholic gels
  • Hand towels (paper or textile)
  • Toilet paper
  • Automatic or manual deodorants and perfumes
  • Garbage bags

Our wide range of products allows us to offer you a suitable solution: placement of distributors, eco-labels products and consumables, choice of fragrances,….

In case of holidays, sick leave,.... of a cleaning agent?

The availability of our teams and our organization allow us to be as responsive as possible. We are able to compensate for any absence. The customer manager (inspector) of the site will himself set up the replacement, allowing work of equivalent quality.

What are your days of intervention?

Because our activity requires a constant presence, our staff works every day of the week (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) in certain sectors.

Quality monitoring?
The quality of our services is ensured by a rigorous supervision which is reflected in regular control visits and daily intervention schedules.

The follow-up will be carried out as follows:

  • On a daily basis by the site team leader, if this is provided for in the site organization (minimum 2 people).
  • As soon as the site is started by an inspector, in collaboration with the “team leader”, according to the site’s needs and the customer’s expectations.
How soon can you expect to start?

Once the contract is concluded with the start date, a period of one week is given to order all necessary materials and select the staff. In case of extreme emergency we can start within 2-3 working days.

What are your rates?

We believe that our prices are very competitive but do not publish a fixed hourly rate. All services are priced according to the service required, whether it is an office or commercial cleaning service, a school building cleaning or a single deep cleaning. A number of variables will affect the final calculation of the rate, such as the number of hours of service, equipment, electrical equipment, products,…
